1) BOOKINGS
Bookings between 1 and 4 Rods and exclusive groups of up to 6 Rods should be made via our online booking system at www.kimbridgeonthetest.com.
The maximum group size is 6 Rods per day.
2) CONFIRMATION EMAILS
When your booking is made, an email will be sent confirming the details of your booking. Please check the details are correct and contact us with any queries immediately.
3) PAYMENT TERMS
All day tickets and additional services are due for payment at the time of booking. Payments are made via our website using a secure payment system (Stripe).
4) LOYALTY SCHEME
Due to increasing costs, we have taken the decision to discontinue our loyalty points scheme.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
5) CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation by you, for whatever reason, the following charges will apply:
More than 30 days to visit – Refund given (admin fee of £50 per Rod is applicable)
Less than 30 days to visit – 100% charge
6) GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
7) ALTERATIONS TO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
If there are more than 30 days to the date of your visit it may be possible to change the date of booking. If there are less than 30 days to the date of your visit, it will be at our discretion to change the date of the booking based on availability, if this is not possible cancellation charges apply.
8) LIABILITY
Kimbridge on the Test accepts no liability for accident, harm or injury suffered by rods or their guests while at the fishery. This also applies to any loss or damage to fishing tackle, vehicles or other property.
9) UNDER 16’s
You must advise the office if anyone visiting the fishery is under 16 years of age. Legal requirements prevent us from allowing children under 10 years old to fish Kimbridge Meadow Fishery. All under-16’s need to be supervised by a responsible non-fishing adult at all times.
10) LOAN EQUIPMENT
Kimbridge on the Test offer rods/nets/accessories on loan for the duration of your visit. Loan equipment must be booked in advance. The cost is detailed on our website. Lost or broken items must be paid for.
11) GHILLIES/LESSONS
If a Ghillie or lesson has been booked, this service will commence at the specified time regardless if you are late. A full day Ghillie or tutor is allowed a lunch/refreshment break.
