Situated in an idyllic position on the banks of the River Test, the Farm House at Kimbridge now offers quality accommodation for all our guests.

Originally built in the 1940’s for the former estate owner, it has recently undergone extensive modernisation with sympathetic double glazing and a new central heating system.

The Farm House is a welcome retreat. On entering the hallway through the new wooden porch, there is an instant feeling of lightness and space. The large modern kitchen is equipped with all the latest appliances and features, including wooden worktops and a large, central breakfast island.

The principal rooms, with their large bay windows, all face south onto the extensive lawned gardens. On the ground floor, the large boot room provides plenty of storage for all your fishing tackle and equipment. You can choose to have formal dining in the pleasant and airy, oak floored dining room. French windows can be opened onto the sun terrace overlooking the gardens. The living room provides a comfortable and relaxing space in which to retire after a long day, with the option of a real log-burning fire for those cooler evenings.

Upstairs, there are 6 guest bedrooms. Five doubles and one twin — all with en-suite facilities. The master bedroom suite, with its king-size bed, can be converted into a twin room if required. For your privacy and security, all bedrooms have individual electronic keys.

The Farm House operates a no smoking policy in all rooms.
